How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Environmentalannoying Heating & Air to get fair, honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Environmentalannoying Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start by telling the provider. Keep a written record of what you said and what they said.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know the limits, though. Environmentalannoying Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@environmentalannoying.living. Please include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened, and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. Then we write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
